A barrel of latex (50kg) can paste 900-1000 pieces PVC film or 1200-1300 aluminum foil. With heating equipment, this machine can be operated

III Automatic Gypsum Ceiling Board Cutting Machine
This machine adopts bidirectional cutting technology.The distance
between the saw blades is adjustable so as to meet the need of
varies ceiling sizes. Size changing is simple without large-scale disassembly. The surface of cutting is smooth.
It can apply to gypsum board and other sheet cutting. The production
process: boards up→transverse cutting→transverse delivery→longitudinal
cutting→boards down→packaging. Horizontal saw and vertical
saw with manual adjustment function, are both welded with steel plates(12mm). Rubber rollers are used to deliver raw materials. Roller with
the power, make boards to run more stably. Cutting machine adopts
high hardness alloy saw blades, which is much more durable.
Advantages as follow: Smooth without rough edges after cutting;
the margin error of opposite sides and opposite angles
within national tolerance range; absorbing all dust on the surface
of plate effectively.
IV Automatic Edge Banding Machine
Adopting PLC electricity-controlled device, controlled by
air cylinder, it said goodbye to the history of heavy manual sealing.
Production process: boards up→dustcleaning→ longitudinal
edge banding→ transverse delivery→transverse edge banding→finished
Adopting autoinduction optoelectronic switches, when receiving
the signal, it will convey boards automatically.
Bracket is made of high quality steel and conveyor roller is made
of stainless steel. Pressure can be adjusted according to the
thickness of boards. After sealing, the finished products have elegant
appearance without excessive adhesive tape on the edge of boards.
Fast speed, high efficiency, saving a lot of manpower and material
resources, this kind of packing machine is the advanced equipment to
seal edges.
V Automatic Gypsum Ceiling Tiles Packing Machine
It is composed of conveyor, packaging machine,Shrinking packer,
